Return/Exchange Policy
  • All sales are final. No returns/exchanges will be accepted unless the item received is defective or the wrong item.
  • Customers will need to contact us at operations@fordayandnight.com within 72 hours of order receipt if eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Items must be unworn/unused and may require photo proof. Please include order number and description of the issue in email.

Shipping Policy

 

  • Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 days of receipt.
  • Some items are made to order (will be noted in the product description if applicable). Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for these items to ship. We will try to get your items to you as soon as possible.
  • Address change requests are accepted within 24 hours via email, unless order has already been processed for shipping.
  • We don’t offer international shipping at the moment.

Order Issues

 

  • Order cancellations are not accepted.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly in the event of a lost or unreceived package.
